The fresh, vibrant flavours of our delicious organic blackcurrant spread are the result of the exceptionally high fruit content and the skilful, artisan processing methods. The finest organic blackcurrants are selected, sweetened only with organic apple juice concentrate, and then gently cooked in copper cauldrons, in the traditional way.
You can enjoy this superb product knowing that it is far lower in sugars than ordinary jams.
