The Cacao Iswari 100% Raw Cacao Powder comes from a Fairtrade certified family farm in Ecuador, and is of the Arriba variety - a rare heritage variety, particularly known for its high quality rich flavours and excellent nutritional value. Iswari Cacao Powder is made by cold pressing cacao beans at low temperatures in order to remove most of its fat content. The resulting mass is then grinded down into a powder. Its bitter taste is delicious when combined with something sweet so include cacao powder when baking your cakes, creating your desserts or mixing your sauces. Available in 125g and 250g sizes.
